1. High-Precision Constant Current Source

The JH401 digital constant current source is suitable for high-precision current output and voltage measurement applications. It integrates a variety of the latest high-tech digital technologies, with a current output range from 0.2mA to 100mA and a voltage measurement range from 0 to 10V. It features auto-zero, auto-ranging, and selectable hold modes for maximum, minimum, peak, and valley values. The instrument can measure and display 7 parameters simultaneously. It has an RS-232M interface for real-time data transmission to a host computer. Designed and manufactured according to ISO-9000 standards. Bright VGA color graphic display, excellent self-plotting graphic display function, full menu operation, 5 ¾ digit reading, ultra-high resolution of 1/300000, allowing observation of 0.0001mV weak changes in voltage measurement, maximum range 30V. It has large-capacity data storage and data reading with time-based query. Professional plotting software can draw charts based on voltage values. Optional remote control system. 5. Test System Software

Position acquisition, digital temperature display, I-V curve and I-R curve measurement, obtaining bulk carrier concentration and various parameter curve graphs.

Sample testing:

Set the control current, magnetic field, and Hall sample thickness, click the "Start Test" button, and the software will complete the one-click test process until all Hall parameters are calculated. After each test, you can choose to save the calculated results, then click the "Clear Display" button to proceed to the next test. If the magnetic field is kept constant and the control current is varied, the relationship between Is and VH can be observed through plotting. If the control current is kept constant and the magnetic field is varied, the relationship between B and VH can be observed through plotting.

6. Hall Sample Holder

Used to fix and solder Hall devices. Four-probe pressure points ensure convenient and reliable contact. High-precision gaussmeter: resolution: 0.01Gs, range: 0 ~ ±3T, accuracy: 0.1%, standard 232 digital interface and control port.

Ohmic contact kit:

Professional indium sheets for ohmic contact and corresponding soldering kit, standard material samples, silicon wafers, gallium arsenide 2 resistance: 300-500 ohms.
