Magnetic Declination Angle Test System for Permanent Magnet Materials

Description：The magnetic declination angle test system for permanent magnet materials consists of a three-channel fluxmeter, a three-dimensional anti-interference Helmholtz coil, and computer software. It is suitable for measuring the magnetic moment and magnetic declination angle of permanent magnet devices such as ferrite, AlNiCo, NdFeB, and SmCo. By accurately measuring the three-dimensional flux components, the system calculates the component magnetic moment, total magnetic moment, and magnetic declination angle.

The three-dimensional (six-axis) anti-interference Helmholtz coil is patented and can be used for measurements in workshop environments.
High-precision constant current power supply and magnetometer are used for accurate calibration of coil constants.
Strict correction of the orthogonality of the three-dimensional coil ensures minimal deviation in total magnetic moment measurement regardless of sample orientation.
Test coils with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 1200 mm can be designed to accommodate samples with volumes as small as 1 mm³.
