MFG-16 Series 3D Square Helmholtz Coils
Description:The MFG-16 series 3D square Helmholtz coils, when excited by a three-channel excitation power supply, generate a uniform magnetic field at the center of the coils. They feature a large uniform magnetic field volume, spacious operating area, and easy operation. Capable of providing both AC and DC magnetic fields, the generated magnetic field has good linearity with the current. Suitable for research institutes, universities, and enterprises conducting material magnetic property or detection experiments, applied in various disciplines such as materials, electronics, biology, medical, aerospace, chemistry, and applied physics. Main applications include: generating standard magnetic fields, canceling and compensating Earth's magnetic field, simulating geomagnetic environment, evaluating magnetic shielding effectiveness, electromagnetic interference simulation experiments, calibrating Hall probes and various magnetometers, studying biological magnetic fields, and investigating magnetic properties of materials.

Note: The actual maximum side length of the coil may be slightly larger than the winding side length. Please consult our company for more detailed product parameters. The selected excitation current source should meet the above current and power requirements. Considering manufacturing process and ease of use, for coils with dimensions smaller than 600mm, the MFG-13 series 3D circular Helmholtz coils are recommended.
